Cozzy Suites Paraíso Hotel

The hotel is modern, the rooms are super clean, modern and comfortable (same for the beds/ pillows). The access is easy and they provide a very efficient valet service for parking. The main differential though, is the staff! They are really good, both in the reception, as well as the ladies at the restaurant!

Great hotel, where's everything surprisingly works! It's clean, the bed in great, mini kitchen has all facilities and there's even small grocery inside the hotel. The guard is amazing and super helpful, he just pay attention to everything outside to make sure you are safe, helps with luggage. All stuff is great and friendly.

Great location, close to the Ana Rosa metro station with Avenida Paulista very easy to reach. This really is a smart hotel - several things have been automated, which makes e.g. the check-in and check-out fast and efficient. There is also a small shop next to the lobby where you can buy some necessities, such as drinking water. Fast elevator, good working air conditioning and a great view (I was on a high floor). Friendly, perfect English speaking staff.

The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places, metro and bus. It was cosy and clean and lots of space. Great breakfast and fast check out. Staff were friendly, very kind and helpful especially Ms Juliana and her colleages Mara,Joelma,... . I am gratefull to all of them. I hope to stay at this again.

The room was fairly big and the staff was very nice and friendly. They had an extensive breakfast buffet with many good options. The location felt fairly safe and the building also felt secure. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
